ORGANIC BEER: We produce certified organic craft beers using exclusively North American grown malts, raw grains, & hops to keep our beer truly local and free of chemical pesticides.
LIGHT & CLEAN
GOLDEN OAT - golden ale brewed with oats for smooth mouthfeel, + floral hop character. 4.7% abv, 25 ibu, 6.50
SUPER PILS - hoppy pilsner with a grainy malt backbone balanced by bright floral and citrus notes! 5.5% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
KERNZA MAIBOCK - robust german-style lager brewed with kernza, a sustainable perennial grain! 6.5% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
FRUITY OR TART
CITRUS WHEAT - brewed with il-grown wheat, lemon peel, orange peel, and coriander. 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
RUBY RED CITRUS WHEAT - brewed with il-grown wheat, lemon peel, orange peel, and a generous addition of ruby red grapefruit! 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
BLUEBERRY - golden ale brewed with blueberry and il-grown oats. 4.5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
RIVER DRAGON RADLER - wheat ale with lots of lemon, brewed for our local prospect league baseball team! 4% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
DREAMIN’ FOR A CURE - cream ale brewed with orange and vanilla, benefits gateway ms society. 4.7% abv, 25 ibu, 6.50
OH YEAH - slightly tart wheat beer brewed with tropical punch. ohhh yeah! 4% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
HIBISCUS TART - slightly tart wheat beer brewed with hibiscus and lemon. 4.5% ABV, 20 IBU, 6.50
HOPPY, A LITTLE OR A LOT
UP RIVER IPA - juicy ipa brewed with illinois-grown oats and fruit-forward hops. 6.5% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
EARTHTONES IPA - juicy ipa with notes of guava and mango 5.6% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
TANNENBAUM - our gift to you this holiday season is a rosemary-spiced ipa with piney & dank hops. 5.9% abv, 50 ibu, 6.50
GENTLE GIANT - double ipa brewed in honor of robert wadlow. featuring dank, resiny, and piney hop flavors against considerable malt balance. 8.11% abv, 65 ibu, 7.00
AMBER OR DARKER
IRISH RED ALE - malty red ale with notes of caramel and toffee with a roasty, dry finish. 5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
PORTER - our classic robust porter, slightly smoky with notes of coffee and chocolate. 5.6% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
10th ANNIVERSARY - classic bourbon barrel aged imperial stout brewed for our 10th anniversary! 10% abv, 50 ibu, 7.00
