ORGANIC BEER: We produce certified organic craft beers using exclusively North American grown malts, raw grains, & hops to keep our beer truly local and free of chemical pesticides.
Light, Fruity, or Tart
GOLDEN OAT - golden ale brewed with oats for smooth mouthfeel, + floral hop character. 4.7% abv, 25 ibu, 6.50
ASTORIA LAGER A heavier bodied lager, with a touch of malty sweetness, and oats for a smooth finish. 5.4% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
CITRUS WHEAT - brewed with il-grown wheat, lemon peel, orange peel, and coriander. 4.7% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
BLUEBERRY - golden ale brewed with blueberry and il-grown oats. 4.5% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
RIVER ROAD RADLER - crushable american-style wheat beer brewed with grapefruit. 4% abv, 15 ibu, 6.50
RIVER DRAGON RADLER - brewed in collab with the alton river dragons, this version of our radler features a generous amount of lemon! 4% abv, 15 ibu, 6.50
OH YEAH - lightly tart wheat beer brewed with tropical punch. ohhh yeah! 4% abv, 20 ibu, 6.50
Hoppy, a little or a lot
UP RIVER IPA - juicy ipa brewed with illinois-grown oats and fruit-forward hops. 6.5% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
EARTHTONES IPA - brewed for our favorite festival, this ipa features notes of tropical fruit like guava and mango
5.6% abv, 30 ibu, 6.50
CHARLIE BO BARLEY - hoppy black lager with notes of bitter chocolate and orange pith. 6.4% abv, 45 ibu, 6.50
TANNENBAUM - our gift to you this holiday season is a rosemary-spiced ipa with piney & dank hops. 5.9% abv, 50 ibu, 6.50
Amber or Darker
OKTOBERFEST - amber lager brewed with lots of aromatic bready, biscuity malts 5.7% ABV, 25 IBU, 6.50, CANS ONLY
PORTER - our take on the english classic is nutty, roasty, chocolatey, and smooth. 5.6% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
VANILLA PORTER - our perfectly roasty robust porter, now with vanilla! 5.6% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
TIRAMISU - imperial brown ale brewed with rum barrel-aged coffee, vanilla, and chocolate. 7.5% abv, 30 ibu, 7.00
SPOOKY SCARY - imperial stout is brewed with peanut butter & chocolate. 9% abv, 30 ibu, 7.00
8TH ANNIVERSARY - bourbon barrel aged imperial stout with cherry and chocolate. 8% abv, 35 ibu, 7.00, CANS ONL
BEER ENGINE
traditional british draught system. hand pulled through a sparkler for a creamy body & served at ~50°F. currently serving: CHERRY MASH STOUT - served on the beer engine for a cask-like feel, this stout features cherry, chocolate, and vanilla 6.2% abv, 35 ibu, 6.50
